What’s it all about?

The Functional Architecture in Practice training was developed to make the functional architecture description method of IT4IT, which is excellent but underused, a part of as many service organizations’ communication toolbox as possible.

During the session, we will present key functional architecture principles to you and teach you functional architecture documentation through exercises, in which you will learn to apply the theory in practice.

Training delivery and content

This half-day session consists of a short lecture and several exercises. The session consists of the following:

Principles of functional architecture
Business system architecture
Documentation of functional architecture
Case-based exercises

The training available to the public, or alternatively in a client-specific format.
