Vuonna 2020 DNA aloitti laaja-alaisen palveluhallintaan keskittyvän kehitysohjelman. Heti ohjelman alussa oli selvää, että mukaan tarvittaisiin ulkopuolista apua. Justin valikoitui DNA:n kumppaniksi asiakaslähtöisyytensä ansiosta.
Varian on siirtymässä syöpähoidoissa entistä enemmän ohjelmistopuolelle, ja he ovat tarvinneet projekteissaan talon ulkopuolista apua. Justin on ollut tärkeänä lenkkinä Varianin Software Porfolio Management -projektissa.
