Jani is an experienced service management professional with extensive experience in developing services, processes and tools for organizations of all sizes. In his work, Jani wants to develop easy-to-use, value-creating solutions.

Prior to Justin, Jani worked for more than 5 years as an expert in UPM’s ITSM service and processes, and at ATOS for a couple of years in ServiceNow and CMDB development positions. Prior to that, Jani worked for a decade at Nokia and Nokia Siemens Network in the development of services, processes and tools. Jani has been developing services and processes since the 1990s while working at Valmet as an IT expert and as a CIO at Benefon.

Free time is spent with the family and the Jeri dog, and the remaining time is spent on martial arts, floorball and gym.
