Heli is an experienced IT professional, who has worked in various positions in the interface between business and IT. She has sat on both sides of the desk, both as a vendor and as a customer. Her tasks have been for example service coordination, service management, operations and management, process improvements and introduction and projects. Her different roles and positions have always had something to do with leadership and change management. Handling big entities in work has strengthened her ability to coordinate several simultaneous tasks also under pressure.

Heli can quickly take over and understand new and commonly complex systems. Her attitude to work as well as to all challenges and problems is solution focused. With her good interpersonal skills, service minded ‘can do’ attitude, goal-oriented way of working have gained positive feedback.

On her free-time you can find her reading, being busy with family and her children, cross-country skiing, hiking, gardening, photographing, golfing or just chilling in the summer cottage.
