Olavi Sorvari

Olavi is an efficient and productive IT management professional. He is experienced in leading and developing multiple large and midsized environments’ IT service management, ways of working, projects and processes. Lately Olavi has earned his stripes, among other roles, as a head of Service Management Office, IT Manager and as a transformation coach. Additionally, many more technical roles and responsibilities have become familiar over the years, such as service manager role, ITSM tool functionality definitions, SLA’s and delivery contracts.

Feeling the significance of his work is a major factor to Olavi. As a firm believer in open communication and transparency, he believes that the organizations success is founded on the success of individuals in their work. Enabling this success is in fact what drives Olavi to excel and brings him joy.

A strong “can do”-mentality in his work is converted to many laid-back hobbies in Olavi’s free time. He enjoys barbecues, cozy relaxing, outdoors and sports, with his family or friends, either at home or at their cottage. Similarly as at work, it is sometimes nice to have some company around, sometimes it is best to just ponder things by yourself.
