Since 1997, Mikko has been responsible for the development of service management processes and tools for telecommunications and IT service companies. He has been working in various Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) process development and implementation roles since 2001. Mikko believes that trust and cooperation are the best ingredients for success.

Before joining Justin, Mikko worked at Elisa as the Head of Configuration Management. Over the past few years, Mikko has used the coaching approach as a tool for process development. It has contributed to new perspectives on organizational process management and development.

Mikko lives in Pirkkala with his wife. In his spare time, he is engaged in fly fishing, cooking and diverse outdoor activities.
