Mikko Korhonen

Mikko has been in IT since 1997. For the last 18 years, he has been working with different aspects of Service Management in various organizations. Having both business (M.A.) and technical (BBA, IT Major) backgrounds, Mikko has been working closely with the Business/IT alignment in multiple different roles and assignments such as Service Management coaching, ERP system implementations, Process development, Service Design and Service Development and various ITSM improvement initiatives. Mikko’s specialty is turning the various best practice frameworks in to workable and straight forward solutions for the complex organizational challenges.

Mikko has several certificates and years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Service Management and ITSM, including frameworks such as ITIL, ISO20000, CobIT, SAFe, Agile Service Management and Lean. Mikko is also familiar with several Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow, IBM Service Management and Efecte.

Prior to joining Justin, Mikko worked in the people side of service management, working in the area of global outsourcing projects. Mikko’s previous experience includes management consulting, various business and development positions and several coaching and consulting roles. Assignments have included facilitating workshops, acting as team leader and process manager, coaching, delivering trainings, managing projects and coordinating offshore activities in multi customer/vendor environments.
